Car Free Tucson Day, September 22 – Use ACTIVE Transportation (bike, walk, bus) and Enter to Win Prizes
Leave your car at home on September 22nd and join the worldwide movement to celebrate sustainable transportation on Car Free Tucson Day. This international event is a day to walk, bike, or ride the bus to work…to reduce traffic congestion, improve air quality, and better your health. Car Free Tucson Day Flier

If you already walk, bike or take transit, consider recruiting a friend, co-worker, or family member to join you. If you usually drive yourself or carpool to work, this is a perfect day to try active modes such as walking, biking, or riding the bus if it works for your commute.

Whether it’s your first day using active, car-free modes for your commute, or you’ve been using them for years, visit www.884ride.org or Sun Rideshare on Facebook to share your Car Free Tucson Day commute story and enter to win prizes like a Kindle or $100 gift card. This program is being offered via the Pima Association of Governments and supporting agencies.
